How to arrange a return | BakeryBits

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the returns link provided there. This will take you to our DPD returns service, where you can arrange to send the item back to us.

Please make sure the item is securely packed before returning it. If possible, use the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging so that the item reaches us safely.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We may ask for photos or further details so that we can advise the best next step.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement as appropriate.

Many thanks,
BakeryBits
