My parcel has arrived damaged — what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. Please contact us so we can look into it and decide the best way to resolve the problem.
To help us assess the issue, please send:
- one or two clear photos showing the damaged item;
- photos of the outer packaging, if possible;
- photos of any damaged inner packaging or protective material;
- a brief description of what has been damaged;
- whether the item is still usable, partly usable, or unusable.
The packaging photos are especially useful if we need to raise the issue with the courier.
Once we have reviewed the details, we will let you know the next step. Depending on the situation, this may be a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable resolution.
