Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If your order has not yet been picked, packed or dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery address.
Please
contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- the name the order was placed under;
- the email address used for the order;
- the current delivery address;
- the new delivery address;
- a contact telephone number, especially for courier or international deliveries.
If your order has not yet been dispatched
If we see your request in time, we will place the order on hold and confirm whether the address can be changed.
If your order has already been dispatched
If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
In some cases, the courier may offer delivery options through their tracking page, such as changing the delivery day, choosing a pickup point, or adding delivery instructions. This depends on the courier and the service used.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered the warehouse or courier process.
