If your order has not yet been picked, packed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it for you.
Please
send us an email ticket us as soon as possible at and put “Cancel order” in the subject line so we can spot it quickly.
Please include:
- your order number;
- the name the order was placed under;
- the email address used for the order.
If we see your request in time, we will place the order on hold and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been picked, packed or dispatched, it may be too late to stop it. In that case, you may need to arrange a return once the order has arrived.
If we are able to cancel the order, we will refund the payment to the original payment method. Refunds can take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
