What should I do if something is missing from my order?
We are sorry if something appears to be missing from your order. If the item is small like a scraper or lame, could you double check the packaging? They are often in a brown paper envelope with a red "BakeryBits Inside" label.

contact us and we will look into it for you.
To help us check quickly, please send:
- your order number;
- the name the order was placed under;
- the item or items you believe are missing;
- a photo of the items you received;
- a photo of the packing slip or paperwork included in the parcel, if available;
- a photo of the parcel and packaging, if the parcel looked damaged or had been opened.
Sometimes orders may be split into more than one parcel, especially if they contain heavier or bulkier items. Couriers, especially DPD can deliver consignments of more than one parcel in separate vehicles, so please check the tracking before contacting us. If you do need to contact us then we will check the order, warehouse records and courier information, then advise the next step.
If an item has been missed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, such as sending the missing item or refunding it.
