Can I add something to my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help you add extra items.
Please email us a
support ticket as soon as possible and put
“Add to order” in the subject line so we can spot it quickly.
If we see your request in time, we will place your original order on hold while you place a second order for the additional items.
Please then:
- Place the additional order on the website as usual.
- Reply to your support ticket with both order numbers.
- Wait for us to confirm that the warehouse can combine the orders.
If the two orders can be combined, we will ask the warehouse to pack them together and we will refund one of the delivery charges.
Please note that we cannot guarantee this will be possible. If your original order has already been picked, packed or dispatched, it may be too late to add further items.
