Once we receive the details, we may ask a few follow-up questions.
If it looks as though the machine itself has a fault, we will ask you to securely pack the mixer ready for courier collection.
Please make sure the machine is clean before packing it (we may refuse to repair it otherwise).

Please do not include the bowl, roller, scraper, dough hook, beaters or other attachments unless we specifically ask for them.
When the mixer arrives with us, we will assess it.
If the repair is covered under warranty, we will carry out the repair. If it is not covered under warranty, we will let you know the likely cost before proceeding.
Repairs usually only take a couple of days once the mixer is with us.
When the repair is complete, we will confirm this and arrange to return the mixer to you.
