Q: Why are your shipping rates to Highlands and Islands so high?
A: Couriers charge Highlands and Islands more in general than elsewhere in GB. We have introduced a service with Hermes for Highlands and Islands which for smaller packages is cheaper than our regular carriers DPD and DHL.
