Unfortunately, due to the current volume of orders as stock-piling continues, we are UNABLE to combine orders, please do not request this for the time being as we do not have the resource to handle it at the moment.
Placed an order that hasn't yet been dispatched and you would like to add to it? We can do that (UK mainland, untimed orders only).
To do it:
- place an additional order for the items that you would like to add.
- In the checkout, choose "Customer Collect" for the delivery method (this is a free method).
- Let us know by emailing email@example.com putting "Combined Order" in the email subject so we spot it quickly. Don't forget your order numbers too please.
We'll let Dispatch know to combine them for you.
